Team Orange Returns With Gritty Effort
Following the mid-season break, Team Orange took to the ice against the newly invigorated Team Teal this morning at Tony Rose A rink.
With rookie goaltender Bode Laurin stepping up with an outstanding game in net and a short bench of 10 skaters, Orange was in for a tremendous battle. As the puck dropped both sides ignited into action with tremendous play demonstrating their skating prowess and overall skill. Orange worked hard to push the puck out of their own end but the Teal forecheck was just more than they could handle on this day.
Orange will hit the reset button in preparation for the game next Saturday at 3pm at Alder Red. The boys will be looking their best as the team pictures are at 2:30, just prior to the game.
