Slow week as we are waiting for our next playoff opponent. We were able to squeeze an exhibition game in against The Heartland Dragons on Friday night. I thought we carried the play for a good portion of the match however we were unable to score and lost 2-0. AP's Sean and William had an opportunity to play and showed much improvement from the last games they played. Sean was playing with his head up looking to make some smart passes while William had a couple scoring chances. Game MVP's went to Connor and Graydon who also had strong games.
The boys are currently waiting for the round robin series of Barrie, Caledon and Georgina to end. Our next series should start the week of February 25th and our likely opponent will be 6th seeded Caledon or 2nd seeded Georgina.
