I acknowledge that, upon acceptance of registration in the Orangeville AA & A Fall Classic Tournament, it is agreed that Orangeville Minor Hockey, OMHA, and Hockey Canada and/or its sponsors, directors, and the members assume no legal liability for injuries or losses as a result of participation in, traveling to and from said tournament.  All coaches, managers, team and club officials hereby agree to abide with all tournament rules, regulations and decisions made by the disciplinary committee and all registration information and papers are correct.
