New Centralized Screening Process for OHF Volunteers
Only a few more weeks and hockey is back!!!

The OHF (Ontario Hockey Federation) has a new centralized screening process for anyone associated with Minor Hockey in Ontario. If you have not yet applied for your Vulnerable Sector Check, and you are required by the OHF to obtain one, please do so as soon as possible.

You will need the OHF Letter requesting a VSC in order to apply online through the OPP.

The following Team officials (over the age of 18) must have a Vulnerable Sector Screening and upload that to their Spordle account through the OHF online Screening Submission Portal.
  1. All Team officials (including but not limited to head coaches, assistant coaches, trainers, managers and at large team officials);
  2. on ice officials; and
  3. Anyone else, including but not limited to on ice volunteer, skills coaches, third party skills coaches and dressing room supervisors, through their duties on behalf of the OHF, a member, a Hockey Club or Association.
Please visit our website for more information.

Please note that the OHF accepts Vulnerable Sector Checks from the 2022/23 season and 2023/24 season as long as the OHF online screening declaration is completed.

If you are applying for a new VSC, please upload the receipt from the OPP to your Spordle account to show that you have started the process.
