Update to the Credit/Refund Process
Good morning everyone
***Please do not fill out the form until you receive the email receipt***
We finally have confirmation that the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) has been fixed and is able to send email receipts now. Over the next 10 days all refunds if applicable will be placed on the players profile within the HCR with an email receipt showing the credit amount. The email that is set up as the primary members contact email will be the one receiving the receipt. Unfortunately, this is still a manual process and will take some time to enter them all. The credits will remain on file and will be used towards the 2021-22 season base registration. If you would rather have the funds returned, then please fill out the form in the link below (1 per player) after you receive your receipt email. The 2020-21 OMH season will officially close May 31st, 2021 and all credits will remain in the HCR until the next season registration opens later this summer (July/August).
