60 business days or more from the start of the tournament: Full Refund

30 to 59 business days from the start of the tournament: Forfeit $500

1 to 29 business days from the start of the tournament: No Refund and must pay the full amount owed

Divisions not operating due to lack of teams (minimum 4): Full Refund
