The Orangeville Flyers are pleased to invite you to our annual Orangeville AA, A Fall Classic Tournament being held September 29 to October 1, 2023 in Orangeville.
Tournament Information
· Sanction # 11689
· AA and A offered for levels U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U15, U16, U18
· Each team is guaranteed 4 games
· 10-10-15 minute periods
· Medals for championship games
· MVP Pucks for player of the game
Entry Fee
· Registration fee: $ 1,400
· Registration closes September 1, 2023
· No Gate fees
· Entry fees deposit of $ 500 are due within one week of your online application to hold your spot
· Spots are not guaranteed until registration funds are received

A confirmation email will be sent to the team contact when both application and payments are received.
Travel permits and approved rosters must follow when accepted into tournament.
Applications will not be accepted after September 15, 2023

Tournament Refund Policy
Entry into tournaments is only reserved with a registration form and full payment
Entry is not reserved if registration form is received without payment, payment is not received 3 weeks prior to tournament date or registration form is incomplete.
Refund Policy
If the tournament is cancelled due to government regulations, a full refund will be issued.
If a team withdraws from the tournament for reasons related to covid: a full refund will be provided.
If a team withdraws from the tournament for reasons not related to covid: a full refund will be provided if a team withdraws prior to 4 weeks before start of tournament but No refund if a team decides within 4 weeks of the tournament date that they don’t want to attend.
