Bradford Bulldogs Blue and Gold Classic Tournament Champs!
Congratulations to our Atom MD team who traveled to Bradford this past weekend and played their hearts out.
The first game they played against Port Credit Storm, they were down 3-0 and fought their way back to tie the game, but unfortunately Port Credit scored at the end for the win. They went on to beat Victoria Village and Whitby Wildcats and made it to the Championship game to once again play Port Credit. It was a very exciting game and both teams played to win. Thanks to our amazing goal tending and defensive play at the end of regulation there were still no goals. With 12 seconds remaining in double over time, Liam Van Etten flew on the ice, grabbed the puck and went in on a breakaway to clinch the win for the Flyers! Way to go Boys!
