Bradford Blue and Gold Champions!
Congratulations to the Orangeville Flyers 99 AE team on winning the Bradford Blue and Gold tournament, held October 18th through 20th. The boys went undefeated on the weekend, winning the six games by a combined total of 29 goals for versus only 5 against. The boys triumphed over a strong Georgina Blaze team in the final, tying the game with only 1:42 left in the third, then pulling out a 3-2 victory in overtime. Both the equalizer and the winner came off the stick of defenceman John Viveiros.
